Larpenteur <br /> Falcon Heights, MN 55113 <br /> Dear Susan, <br /> In response to your request regarding the design of audio and video upgrades for the City of Falcon <br /> Heights, I have put together the following estimate for my participation in this project. <br /> Design of Camera System $750.00 (Includes Basic wiring diagram, Equipment recommendations, <br /> Estimated costs for equipment purchase and installation.) <br /> Design of Audio System for Video Use 550.00 (Includes Basic wiring diagram, Equipment <br /> recommendations, Estimated costs for equipment purchase and installation.) <br /> Assist with Bid/Quote Preparation and Review No Charge (Includes review of staff prepared bids, and <br /> review and recommendations of submittals.) <br /> Supervision of Installation $250.00 (Includes assist city staff in coordination of equipment ordering, <br /> delivery and installation, review and inspection of installation.) <br /> I require a 20% non- refundable down payment ($260.00) for the Camera and Audio system design, with <br /> full payment due upon submittal of the design recommendations.
