Projected tonnage will
probably be close to the 492 tons of 1992. The average amount
has been consistently over 40 tons /month.
7. New Brighton Environmental Quality Commission (EQC)
notes. A discussion ensued regarding whether or not Falcon
Heights might eventually be named as a participant in the cost of
landfill clean up based on the history of refuse haulers
disposing of waste in non approved landfills. If so, should the
city establish a fund in the event this occurs. Nancy Misra
suggested it is prudent to realize this could happen but, at this
time, it is not an immediate concern.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
Respectfully Submitted
Terry Iverson
