B. Data to be Furnished by Contractor. <br /> The Contractor does hereby agree to furnish to the Consultant <br /> any such and all data, documents, studies, surveys, reports, <br /> or other materials and services mutually agreed upon by the <br /> Contractor and the Consultant as being relevant to this <br /> effort. All such data, documents, studies, surveys, reports <br /> and other materials and services shall be provided to the <br /> Consultant in a timely manner in light of the purpose of this <br /> Contract. <br /> C. Compensation. <br /> The Contractor agrees to make monthly payment to the <br /> Consultant in the amount of $65.00 per hour, portal to <br /> portal, for each and every hour expended. All office <br /> overhead, secretarial services, and other supportive services <br /> shall be included within such hourly charge. <br /> D. Method of Payment. <br /> Monthly requisitions will be made subject to receipt of an <br /> invoice from the Consultant specifying the time and subject <br /> matter for which it has performed the work under this <br /> Contract, and that it is entitled to receive the amount <br /> requisitioned under the terms of the Contract. The <br /> Contractor will make payment on such invoices within 35 days <br /> from submission; provided, however, that payment shall not be <br /> made for any incomplete, inaccurate, or defective work until <br /> same is remedied by Consultant without additional cost to the <br /> Contractor. <br /> E. Scope of Work. <br /> To provide relocation services to two residential tenants. <br /> F. Court Preparation. <br /> It is understood and agreed that the amount of compensation <br /> stated above does not include necessary court preparation and <br /> testimony, and that in the event the testimony of the <br /> Consultant is required in any legal proceeding in connection <br /> with the relocation of occupants for the project. <br /> The Consultant agrees to bring its file up -to -date, to make <br /> the necessary preparations for testimony, and to appear as a <br /> witness on behalf of the Contractor on the dates required, <br /> and further agrees that the fair and reasonable compensation <br /> for its services shall be at the rate of $220.00 per half <br /> day, plus necessary and reasonable travel expenses.
