shall constitute a half day for the purpose of this section <br /> of this Contract. <br /> G. Contract Period. <br /> The Consultant shall commence performance of this Contract <br /> upon execution of this Contract, after the release of the <br /> project by the Contractor, and shall complete performance of <br /> this Contract no later than sixty (60) days after the last <br /> occupant of real property has filed their final relocation <br /> claim. <br /> H. Interest of Certain Federal Officials. <br /> No member of or delegate to the Congress of the United <br /> States, and no other Federal Official, shall be admitted to <br /> any share or part of this Contract or to any benefit to arise <br /> herefrom. <br /> I. Covenant Against Contingent Fees. <br /> The Consultant warrants that it has not employed or retained <br /> any company or persons, other than a bonafide employee or <br /> technical subcontractor working solely for the Consultant, to <br /> solicit or secure this Contract, and that it has not paid or <br /> agreed to pay any company, or person other than a bonafide <br /> employee or technical subcontractor working solely for the <br /> Consultant any fee, commission, percentage, brokerage fee, <br /> gift or any other consideration, contingent upon or resulting <br /> from the award or making of the Contract. For breach or <br /> violation of this warranty, the Contractor shall have the <br /> right to annul this Contract without liability. <br /> J. Changes in Contract. <br /> The Contractor or the Consultant may, from time to time, <br /> request changes in the scope of the services to be performed <br /> hereunder. Such changes, including any increase or decrease <br /> in the amount of the Consultant's compensation, which are <br /> mutually agreed upon by and between the Contractor and the <br /> Consultant shall be incorporated in written amendments to <br /> this Contract. <br /> K. Termination of Contract. <br /> The Contractor or the Consultant may terminate this Contract <br /> or renegotiate this Contract upon thirty (30) days written <br /> notice of such. In the event of termination, all property <br /> and finished or unfinished documents, data, studies, and <br /> reports purchased or prepared by the Consultant under this <br /> Contract shall be disposed of according to Contractor <br /> directives and the Consultant shall be entitled to <br /> 5 <br />
