No. 0 -94 -02 <br /> CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> O R D I N A N C E <br /> Date: 1/12/94 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5 -3.06 OF THE CITY CODE <br /> RELATING TO OPEN FIRES <br /> The city council of the City of Falcon heights ordains <br /> as follows: <br /> Section 1. Section 5 -3.06 Open Fires, is hereby <br /> amended to read: <br /> Regulation of Open Fires. Minnesota Department of <br /> Natural Resources Rules (MN Statute, Chapters 88.01- <br /> 88.76) relating to preservation of natural resources <br /> which includes open burning regulations, is hereby <br /> adopted by reference and is made a part of this code <br /> as if fully set forth herein. The fire chief and fire <br /> marshal are designated as persons to issue burning <br /> permits within the city. Fees are as established in <br /> Section 5 -4.01 of this code and burning permit <br /> guidelines are as lixted in Section VII(C) of the <br /> administrative manual. <br /> Section 2.
