No. R -94 -0. <br /> CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br /> Date: Jan. 12, 1994 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 2 -4.01 OF THE CITY CODE <br /> RELATING TO CITY COMMISSIONS <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Falcon <br /> Heights that Sections 2 -4.02, Subd. A(2) and 2- 4.02(C) be amended to read <br /> as follows: <br /> Section 2 -4.02, Subd. A(2). Composition and Qualifications. <br /> The city commissions shall consist of not less than seven and <br /> not more than nine members. The majority of members shall <br /> be residents of Falcon Heights, appointed by the mayor and <br /> approved os <br /> adminiatrativo manual_ <br /> Section 2 -4.02, Subd. C. Terms, Vacancies, Oaths. The <br /> term of office of all commission members shall be three <br /> years.
