West Garden Avenue and the appurtenant area as fully <br /> described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein. <br /> 2. The plans, specifications and cost estimates for the <br /> Improvements are set forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein. The estimated cost of the <br /> proposed Improvements is $250,000. <br /> 3. The School District requests the City to assess the <br /> entire cost of the Improvements, not exceeding $250,000, <br /> as a special assessment against the property occupied by <br /> the Falcon Heights Elementary School, 1393 West Garden <br /> Avenue, Falcon Heights, Minnesota. The School District <br /> will pay for all construction costs above $250,000, if <br /> any. <br /> 4.
