No. <br /> CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br /> Date: Feb. 9, 1994 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS <br /> AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 1994 STREET SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, it is the practice of the City Council of the City of <br /> Falcon heights to perform routine seal coating maintenance on one quarter <br /> of the streets within the city annually; and <br /> WHEREAS, the five year street improvement program indicates that <br /> 1994 seal coating improvement should encompass the northeast quarter of the <br /> city; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of <br /> Falcon Heights, Minnesota: <br /> 1. MSA Consulting Engineers is hereby designated as project <br /> engineer for the 1994 street seal coating improvement <br /> project.
