Page 2 <br /> Council Agenda Item P -2 <br /> Feb. 23, 1994 <br /> district has a history of not charging our neighboring cities for their use of district -owned <br /> courts. The City of Falcon Heights is not charged for field use for summer recreation <br /> programs. <br /> The Parks and Recreation Commission voted unanimously to accommodate the RAHS <br /> request. They did so with the contingency being that the district be responsible for the <br /> production and posting of a quality sign to be located at the site as a convenience to users. <br /> The sign shall include: <br /> hours of school use <br /> brief explanation indicating that the arrangement is temporary <br /> and due to construction <br /> listing of alternative courts in the area <br /> The commission has also requested that the staff take measures to inform the community <br /> of the arrangement by way of the city newsletter and local papers. <br /> Action Requested: Approval for Roseville Area High School to use Community Park <br /> tennis courts for team use during the following times: <br /> Girl's Team: April 1 to June 1, 1994 <br /> 2:15 4:30 p.m. for practice <br /> (until 5:30 p.m. on meet days) <br /> Boy's Team: Sept. 6 to mid October, 1994 <br /> 2:15 4:30 p.m. for practice <br /> (until 5:30 p.m. on meet days) <br />
