f) Adult entertainment center: An enclosed
<br /> building or a part of an enclosed building, no
<br /> portion of which enclosed building is licensed to
<br /> sell liquor, which contains one or more coin
<br /> operated mechanisms which when activated permit a
<br /> customer to view a live person unclothed or in
<br /> such attire, costume or clothing as to expose to
<br /> view any portion of the female breast below the
<br /> top of the areola, or any portion of the pubic
<br /> hair, anus, cleft of the buttocks, vulva or
<br /> genitals, or the charging of any admission or fee
<br /> for the viewing of any such activity.
<br /> Financial Institution: A place of business where
<br /> people store, borrow and exchange money including
<br /> banks, trust companies, savings banks, savings and loan
<br /> associations, credit unions, check cashing facilities,
<br /> and loan thrift companies.
<br /> Massage. Any method of pressure on, or friction
<br /> against, or the rubbing, stroking, kneading, tapping,
<br /> pounding, vibrating, stimulating, or rolling of the
<br /> external parts of the human body with the hands or with
<br /> the aid of any mechanical or electrical apparatus, or
<br /> other appliances or devices, with or without such
<br /> supplementary aids as rubbing alcohol, liniment,
<br /> antiseptic, oil, powder, cream, lotion, ointment, or
<br /> other similar preparations.
<br /> Nudity: The showing of the human male or female
<br /> genitals, pubic area or buttocks with less than a fully
<br /> opaque covering, or the showing of the female breast
<br /> with less than a fully opaque covering of any portion
<br /> thereof below the top of the nipple, or the depiction
<br /> of covered male genitals in a discernible turgid state.
<br /> Pawn Shop. Defined but not allowed in any district. A
<br /> business which loans money on deposit or pledge of
<br /> personal property, or other valuable thing, or which
<br /> deals in the purchasing of personal property or other
<br /> valuable thing on condition of selling the same back
<br /> again at a stipulated price, or which loans money
<br /> secured by chattel mortgage on personal property,
<br /> taking possession of the property or any part thereof
<br /> so mortgaged.
<br /> Precious Metals. "Precious metals" means silver, gold,
<br /> and platinum.
<br /> Precious Metal Item. An item made in whole or in part
<br /> of metal and containing more than one percent by weight
<br /> of silver, gold or platinum.
<br /> Precious Metal Dealer. Any person, who, either as
<br /> principal or agent, engages in the business of buying
<br /> coins or secondhand items containing precious metal,
<br /> including, but not limited to, jewelry, watches, eating
<br /> utensils, candlesticks, and religious and decorative
