As a related issue, the area of Larpenteur Avenue at the Prior and Cleveland intersections <br /> have a strong and unique horticultural emphasis with the presence of the University of <br /> Minnesota, Gibbs Farm Museum, and the Minnesota State Horticultural Society. We <br /> understand that the City of Falcon Heights and Ramsey County will be enhancing this <br /> horticultural emphasis with additional beautification plantings along Larpenteur and <br /> possibly additional plantings at the grounds of City Hall. <br /> MSHS would be eager to work with the City and the other horticultural institutions of the <br /> area in establishing display gardens and public plantings creating a unique horticultural <br /> corridor. <br /> If you require additional information or action by MSHS in pursuit of our variance <br /> request, please contact me.
