M. Frattalone for the <br /> 1993 Street Improvement Project <br /> SUBMITTED BY: Terry Maurer, City Engineer <br /> REVIEWED BY: Susan Hoyt, City Administrator <br /> EXPLANATION /SUMMARY: <br /> (prepared by Susan Hoyt) <br /> The final ay estimate for the 1993 street project submitted by F.M. Frattalone is <br /> $10,080.1 The total contract amount was 726,228.29. The city engineer has <br /> reviewed the request and recommends that the city council approve it. However, he <br /> suggests, and the administrator concurs, that the city should withhold $1,000 until <br /> the spring of 1995 so that the city can be assured that the seeding of the university <br /> lot along Folwell and Hoyt is successful and that the driveway that still requires some <br /> repair is completed. <br /> ATTACHMENTS: <br /> A Letter from city engineer, dated 20 October 1994 <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> Approve final pay estimate to F. M. Frattalone for $10,080.21 out of the 1993 street <br /> fund. Ask staff to withold $1,000 until remaining few items are completed to the <br /> administrator's and engineer's satisfaction. <br />
