MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />May 28, 2008 <br />Montour asked about the outdoor storage license and license fee. The City <br />Clerk indicated that City staff will be bringing a recommendation to the <br />Council for fnalization of this issue. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-5-131-APPROVINGANAMENDMENT <br />TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE <br />PROVIDING FOR AMENDED SITE PLAN, PRODUCT DISPLAY <br />AREAS, AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS FOR 3101 SPRUCE STREET <br />AS REQUESTED BY MR. LEE ROSSOW SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY <br />PLANNER, PLANNING COMMISSION, AND FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />WHICH INCLUDE: <br />*Provide detail about the storage; <br />*Provide detail about the layout and height of the storage; <br />*Access aisles must be 20 feet iu width <br />AND SUBJECT TO THE PROPERTY LEASES OBTAINING A <br />LICENSE FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP & IUP - Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider an Amendment to a <br />3164 RYAN Conditional Use Permit for outdoor storage providing for amended site <br />LANE - plan, product display areas, and site improvements as well as an Interim <br />LEE Use Permit for off-site outdoor storage to allow storage of construction <br />ROSSOW equipment and materials at 3164 Ryan Lane from a business located at <br />3066 Spruce Street (Quality Contracting) as requested by Lee Rossow. It <br />was noted that the City Planner and the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval subject to conditions. Blesener pointed out that <br />one of these conditions is that there be no storage of unlicensed or <br />inoperable vehicles on the property. Blesener further noted that Auto <br />Rescue indicated at the Planning Commission meeting that they have <br />another site, outside of Little Canada, where they would store damaged <br />and/or inoperable vehicles. <br />The City Planner indicated that one of the primary discussion points at the <br />Planning Commission meeting was the amount of outdoor storage area <br />being requested in light of the 60% Code maximum. The Planner noted <br />that Mr. Rossow has submitted a revised site plan indicating the specific <br />locations and dimensions of the outdoor storage areas. The Planner noted <br />
