Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator reported that Metropolitan Council Environmental <br />Services (MCES) has agreed to reimburse the City's legal fees relative to <br />their easement on the Public Works property. <br />421 ILI The City Administrator reported that Jim Cossack is continuing to male <br />ROAD progress to resolve code compliance issues at 421 Eli Road. He noted that <br />COMPLIANC~i'J Mr. Cossack had a December 31, 2004 deadline for compliance, which <br />UPDATI; had been extended to January ~ 1, 2005. Mr. Cossack is doing most of the <br />work himself, and due to corrections that are needed to the electrical work, <br />another deadline extension is needed.
