MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
JANUARY 2G, 2005
was obvious that Mr. Cossack intends to complete the work, and
recommended that the Council grant an extension to April 30, 2005. The
Administrator noted that a standard building permit remains valid as long
as there is continued progress with a construction process. However, due
to the City's legal proceedings in this situation, the Administrator
recommended that the Council formally extend the deadline for
completion. The Administrator noted that there may be some exterior
items such as stucco that will need to be completed in the Spring after the
deadline. They will not impact the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESO7 IITION NO. 2005-7-25 - APPROVING AN EA'TEN.SION TO
APRIL 30, 2005 POR CODE COMP77ANCE SIT 42T EI,I ROAD Ab'
RECOMHENDED133'THl CIT3'ADMINISTRATOR
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour.
Ayes (5) Blesener, Montour, Allan, ICeis, LaValle.
Nays (0).
