Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONDITIONAL Blesener opened the public hearing to consider the request for a <br />USE PI';RMIT, Conditional lJse Permit to allow abilliard/amusement hall as a <br />AMUSEMI';NT commercial recreation use in the PUD District for Coliseum Billiards, <br />DEVICE Mr. Ahmed Ah ii'ti. It was noted that the Planning Commission has <br />LICENSE, recommended approval of the CUP, including a 4 a.m. closing time, <br />TOBACCO sul7,ject to the closing time being posted as 2 a.m. The Commission is <br />LICENSE, - also is recommending a six month review of the CUP. <br />2900 RICE <br />STREET - LaValle pointed out that the current owner of the Coliseum Billiard Hall <br />COLIST;UM runs a very good operation, and, as a result, the City was willing to expand <br />BILLIARDS the hours of operation to 4 a.m. LaValle asked if Mr. Ah~iffi has been <br /> working with Mr. Melloy to learn the business. <br />Mr. Alrii=ti reported that he has been working with Mr. Melloy and hopes <br />to run the same quality operation that he has.
