Resolution declared adopted. <br />STORM WATER 131esener opened the public hearing to review the City's Storm Water <br />POLLUTION Prevention Program and discuss the City's progress in meeting the <br />PREVENTION National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System requirements. <br />PROGRAM <br />`fhe City Engineer reviewed the Annual Report for the City's permit to <br />discharge storm water associated with municipal separate storm sewer <br />systems under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System/State <br />Disposal System Permit Program. 1-Ie reported that the City is in the <br />second year of a 5 year permit program, and updated the Council on the <br />City's progress to date as outlined in the report. <br />'T'here was no one present from the general public wishing to conunent on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RF,SO/.
