MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 25, 2005 <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-5-IIS -CONTINUING THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING AND TABLING ACTION ON THE AMENDMENT TO <br />THE ZONING CODE RELATIVE TO OUTDOOR STORAGE IN THE <br />INDUSTRIAL-PARK (I-P) DISTRICT UNTIL THE JUNE 22, 2005 <br />REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (3) Blesener, Montour, Allan. <br />Nays (1) LaValle. Resolution declared adopted. <br />Blesener noted that the moratorium on outdoor storage in Che I-P District <br />remains in place until the Council acts on the proposed Zoning Code <br />Amendment. <br />CONSENT Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2005-5-116 -APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF GAMBLING LICENSE FOR <br />THE LITTLE CANADA FIRE DEPARTMENT'S PULL TAB SITES <br />AT HOGGSBREATH AND GORDIES' PLACE; <br />*APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF 2005 LIQUOR AND TOBACCO <br />LICENSES SUBJECT TO RECEIPT OF SATISFACTORY <br />CERTIFICATE OF LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE <br />CERTIFICATES; <br />*APPROVING THE REVISION TO GRADING PERMIT FOR ST. <br />JOHN'S CEMETERY/MARY HOUSE PROPERTY AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ENGINEER; <br />*APPROVING THE CHANGE ORDER TO TRAIL PROJECTS FOR <br />THE LITTLE CANADA ROAD SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ENGINEER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Montour, LaValle, Blesener, Allan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />DAN'S AUTO The Council reviewed the recommendation of the Code Enforcement <br />REPAIR - Officer for renewal of auto repair license for Dan's Auto Repair <br />9 <br />
