MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
JULY 13, 2005
Randy Graczyk stated that he thought the sidewalk would go on the south
side of County Road B-2. The City Administrator indicated that the
School would like the sidewalk on the north side of the street to avoid the
need for a pedestrian crossing on County Road B-2. He also pointed out
the grades east of the old Capitol View building would make sidewalk
installation difficult on the south side of B-2.
The City Attorney suggested the following wording change for a portion
of paragraph "g.": "If consri•ucting a metal-sided building, the applicant
shall include, at the discretion of the City Council, upgraded building
materials including, but not limited to, the following:". It was the
consensus of the Council to eliminate provision "ii." in paragraph "g.".
There was no one else present wishing to comment on this matter.
Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Allan, the public hearing was
closed.
Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO.2005-7-I48 - APPROVING AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CHAPTER 903 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY
CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING
FOR ACCESSORY STORAGE B UILDINGS INNON-CONFORMING
MOBILE HOME PARKS AS AMENDED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY
AND ELIMINATING PROVISION "G.ii."AS DISCUSSED BY THE
COUNCIL
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan.
Ayes (4) LaValle, Allan, Keis, Montour.
Nays (1) Blesener. Frank Graczyk,
Terrace Heights Mobile Home Park, replied that they did.
