MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 24, 2005 <br />seemed to make sense. The City Planner pointed out that the RB zoning <br />allows for Chis type of use as transitional to the existing residential in the <br />area. <br />Blesener asked about the garages to the north of the property. Stamberg <br />reported that the garages are on adjacent property and are seldom used. <br />However, there are access easements through the Indian Land Tenure <br />property for these garages. He noted that the apartment dumpsters are <br />located near the garages, and most of the use relates to these dumpsters <br />with garbage trucks accessing them through the Indian Land Tenure <br />property. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Allan, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved ifs adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-8-I85 -APPROVING THE REZONING OF <br />I57 COUNTY ROAD B-2 EAST FROM HIGH DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL (R-3) TO RESIDENTIAL BUSINESS (R-B) <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-8-I86 -APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR THE INDIAN LAND TENURE FOUNDATION <br />FOR THEIR PROPERTYAT ISI COUNTY ROAD B-2 EAST TO <br />ALLOW THE PROFESSIONAL OFFICE USE OF THIS PROPERTY <br />SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS <br />OF THE CITY PLANNER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />AMENDMENT The Mayor opened the public hearing to consider an Amendment to a <br />TO PUD - Planned Unit Development to allow an 85,000 square foot addition <br />177 COUNTY consisting of 45,000 square feet manufacturing, 35,000 square feet <br />4 <br />
