MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 14, 2005 <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITYADMINISTRATOR TO <br />EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CALL FOR Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />ASSESSMENT <br />HEARINGS RESOLUTION NO. 2005-9-208 -CALLING ASSESSMENT <br />HEARINGS FOR MONDAY, OCTOBER l7, 2005 AS FOLLOWS: <br />IMP. NO. 2004-72, COUNTY ROAD B-2 EAST - 6:30 P.M. <br />IMP. NO. 2004-II, NOEL DRIVE - 7:00 P.M. <br />IMP. NO. 2004-I3, COUNTY ROAD D - 7:45 P.M. <br />IMP. NO. 2005-OI, CARLA LANE - 8:I5 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />MEDICAL & The City Administrator reviewed the report dated September 9, 2005 <br />DEPENDENT recommending the implementation of Medical & Dependent Care <br />CARE Flexible Spending Accounts for City employees. He noted the annual <br />FLEXIBLE cap of $2,500 for medical and $5,000 for dependent care that is <br />SPENDING recommended. <br />ACCOUNTS <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-9-209 -APPROVING MEDICAL & <br />DEPENDENT CARE FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS FOR <br />CITY EMPLOYEES AS RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF, <br />APPOINTING PASSPORT SOLUTIONS AS THE ADMINISTRATOR <br />FOR THESE PROGRAMS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY <br />DOCUMENTS RELATIVE TO THESE PROGRAMS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
