MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 28, 2005 <br />The City Attorney suggested that he prepare a moratorium ordinance for <br />the Council's consideration at its next meeting. <br />DECLARE The Council reviewed the improvement costs prepared by the City <br />COSTS & Engineer for the improvement of County Road D, Noel Drive, Carla Lane, <br />ORDER and County Road B-2. <br />PREPARATION <br />OF Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />ASSESSMENT <br />ROLL RESOLUTION NO. 2005-9-227 -DECLARING COST TO BE <br />ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT FOR COUNTY ROAD D, IMPROVEMENT <br />N0.2004-I3 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-9-228 -DECLARING COST TO BE <br />ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT FOR CARLA LANE, IMPROVEMENT <br />N0.2005-OI <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
