MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 26, 2005 <br />ENVIRON- The City Administrator presented an Environmental Response Fund <br />MENTAL Agreement between the City and the Ramsey County Housing and <br />RESPONSE Redevelopment Authority. He reported that this agreement addresses <br />FUND the County's 20% matching grant to the State Grant that was received <br />AGREEMENT - for the clean-up of the former Guerin property. The Administrator <br />THE VILLAGE noted that there will be a sub-grant agreement between the City and <br /> Sherman Associates, the developer of the property. <br />The City Administrator reported that the clean-up has been completed, but <br />he has not yet received the final clean-up costs. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-IO-253 -APPROVING THE AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN RAMSEY COUNTY HRA AND THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA FOR ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSE FUNDS AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT <br />ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONSENT Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-IO-254 -APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT OF VACANCIES ON <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND THE PARKS & <br />RECREATION COMMISSION; <br />*APPROVING THE FINAL PAY REQUEST FOR SPECIALTY <br />CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE NORTH STAR ESTATE <br />STORM SHELTER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
