MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 25, 2008 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator reported that he will prepare an Amended PUD <br />Agreement reflecting the changes approved, and submit that to the <br />Council for approval. <br />CONSENT Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-6-159 -APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS; <br />*APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSE FOR THE <br />LITTLE CANADA RECREATIONASSOCIATIONAT CANADIAN <br />DAYS; <br />*APPROVAL OF AN EXTENSION FOR FILING FOR FINAL PLAT <br />APPROVAL FOR CANADIAN WOODS UNTIL JUNE 30, 2009; <br />*AUTHORIZATION TO ABATE NUISANCEAT 2665 SCHLETTY <br />DRIVE AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CODE ENFORCEMENT <br />OFFICER; <br />*ADOPTION OFAMENDMENTS TO THE BUILDING CODE, THE <br />FIRE CODE, AND THE ELECTRICAL CODE SUBJECT TO THE <br />CHANGES RECOMMENDED BY THE CITYATTORNEY; <br />*APPROVAL OF PARTIAL PAYMENT TO T.A. SCHIFSKY FOR <br />2007 IMPROVEMENTS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY <br />ENGINEER; <br />*ADOPTION OF ELECTED OFFICIAL OUT-OF-STATE TRAVEL <br />POLICY AS RECOMMENDED BY THE FINANCE DIRECTOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
