MINUTES CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 23, 2015 requesting three display areas rather than two. It was noted that the three display areas would be compliant with ordinance requirements. CONSENT AGENDA Joe Rauscher, Joe's Sporting Goods, reported that they no longer sell trampolines, therefore, have no need to have an outdoor display for this equipment. Based on this change, Rauscher reported that they have set up the outdoor displays differently and have added a display area at the front of the store that is visible to customers coming into the store. Rauscher reported that this area will be used to display taller tree stands. Keis indicated that he has no issues or concerns with the request. Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2015-9-182 — APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF INTERIM USE PERMIT ALLOWING THREE OUTDOOR DISPLAY AREAS FOR JOE'S SPORTING GOODS AS RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF IN THEIR SEPTEMBER 18, 2015 REPORT WITH AN EXPIRATION DATE OF DECEMBER 31, 2019 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2015-9-183 — APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: *APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS; *APPROVING THE 2016-2018 CONTRACT WITH THE RAMSEY COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw.
