OTHERINURANCE BENEELETL-- WORT immipisamry, Heller shall be <br />enrolled in City's short term disability program in the same manner as all other full-time <br />employees as provided for in Seetion 13 of the City's Personnel Policy, <br />9. DUES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS. City will budget and pay the professional dues, <br />subscriptions, and. licensure for Heller for her continued participation in national, regional <br />state, and local associations necessary and desirable for her continued professional <br />participation, growth and advancement and for the good of City, Enrollment in these <br />organizations shall be reviewed and approved by the City Administrator, <br />10. PROFESSIONAL DEVE.1,1aPAENT. City will budget and pay the travel and subsistence <br />expenses of Heller for professional and official travel for meetings and occasions adequate to <br />continue the professional development of Heller and to adequately pursue necessary official <br />and other committees thereof which employee serves as a member, Heiler will use good <br />judgment in her outside activities so as to not neglect her mil -nary duties to City. City will also <br />budget for and pay the traveland,subsistenee expenses of Heller for short courses, or seminars <br />necessary for her professional growth and for the good of City, as approved by the City <br />Administrator, <br />11. GENERAL EXPENSES. City recognizes that certain expenses of a non -personal and job <br />affiliated nature will be incurred by Heller. City agrees to reimburse or to pay said expenses, <br />subject to approval of the City Administrator. <br />12, HOURS OF WORK, The position of City Clerk will require an average of over forty (40) <br />hours per week to successfully diseharge the duties assigned, It is also understood that the <br />position will require attendance at evening and/or weekend meetings.
