be allowed with reference to any such additional expenditures of time, It is further understood <br />that Heller may absent herself from the office to a reasonable extent in consideration of <br />extraordinary time expenditures for evening and weekend meetings at other than normal <br />working hours subject to approval of the City Administrator. <br />13, AUTOMOBILE, Heller shall use her own vehicles for business use, Heller shall be paid <br />mileage at the rate established by City to use her personal automobile for City business. City <br />may adjust this rate from time to tirxre in conjunction with changes to Internal Revenue Service <br />regulations, <br />14, `Ani " fi. P.LOYM>C. NT. Heller understands and agrees that her ernpioy►nent with the <br />City of Little Canada continues at the will of the Little Canada City Council and, as such, may <br />be terminated without cause, without the need to indicate a specific reason, without advance <br />written notice, and at any time at the option of either herself or the City of Little Canada, <br />Heller further understands and agrees that her position as an exempt employee is specifically <br />excluded from the Personnel Policy of City and that the provisions contained in said Personnel <br />Policy have no application to her employment, except as stated herein. All rights governing <br />her employment relationship with City are set forth in this Agreement, <br />15. TI+�RMINA ION AND§EVERANCE PAY. If, prior to November 2, 2016, the City <br />terminates Heller during such time that she is willing and able to perform the duties of City <br />Clerk, the City will pay Heller a lump sum cash payment equal to one month of aggregate <br />salary. Payment of the severance benefit is conditioned upon Heller's execution of a full <br />release, in a form that is acceptable to the City, of any and all claims arising out of her <br />employment relationship with the City.
