Mr. Howe asked if
TASCIANA the City would consider a townhome development in this area. He would
PROPERTY also propose the connection of Yorkton Ridge to Burke Lane as well as a
road connection out to Condit Street. if he is unable to obtain the access
to Condit Street, Mr. Howe would like to know if the City would assist in
that acquisition.
Fahey stated that he is not in favor of a townhome development.
