MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 14, 2004 <br />RAB, LLC The City Administrator updated the Cowrcil on negotiations between Dick <br />Biagini of RAB, LLC and C.I. Title and their attorneys for phase two of <br />the Country Side Office Park development. The Administrator also <br />reported that on the Council agenda for this evening is a First Amendment <br />to a Right of Entry Agreement for this project extending the date to March <br />31~` given the status of the negotiations at this time. <br />The Administrator also reported that Dick Biagini may be interested in the <br />City's property on County Road B if the City decides not to utilize this site <br />for a new public works garage. <br />FRATTALONE The Mayor reported that Frank Frattalone contacted him to determine if <br />PROPERTY the City has any interest in his property at 3066 Spruce Street prior to his <br />placing the property on the market. Potential uses for the property may be <br />anew public works garage and/or Watershed District offices. It was noted <br />that the shop building consists of approximately 12,000 square feet and the <br />office building consists of approximately 7,600 square feet. It was <br />estimated that the asking price is $2.25 million. The Council also <br />discussed the fact that the site consists of approximately 2 acres of vacant <br />land that could be subdivided and developed. <br />It was the consensus of the Council that the City Administrator should <br />review the potential uses and economics involved, and present additional <br />information to the Council within the next few weeks. <br />CODE The City Administrator reported on the status of the Ali Enyati property <br />ENFORCEMENT at 594 County Road B-2 from a code enforcement standpoint and the <br />potential for resolution of these issues through the City's purchase, <br />594 COUNTY upgrade, and resale of this property. The Administrator reviewed the <br />ROAD B-2 financial details of the proposed purchase, which included the payment of <br />up to $500 of rent for Mr. Enyati while the house was being renovated and <br />sold. It was the consensus of the Council to instruct the City <br />Administrate- to pursue the purchase agreement as discussed, with the <br />amount of rent paid by the City to be deducted from whatever proceeds <br />Mr. Enyati wo~dd have at the time the house was sold. <br />The City Administrator reported that he will draft the purchase agreement, <br />review it with Mr. Enyati, and bring it back for Council approval at the <br />January 28°i meeting. <br />
