MINUTi';S
CITY COUNCIL
FI!;BRUARY 23, 2004
Anderson asked if US Bank will be a part of the Sherman redevelopment
project. The City Administrator indicated that US Bank has not yet
decided whether or not it will be part of the redevelopment project, but the
City is now at the point where the street needs to be rebuilt.
The City Engineer noted that Option 1 would also require an additional 6
feet ofright-of--way for the sidewalk. Under Option 2, the City would be
able to vacate 10 feet of excess right-of--way, still retaining 60 feet of road
right-of--way.
