MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 10, 2004 <br />present. ,Anderson noted that given Council Member LaValle has <br />expressed his support of the extension of Little Canada watermain into the <br />'Twin Lake area, waiting until the next meeting would only result in an <br />unnecessary delay. Therefore, Anderson supported the reconsideration of <br />the matter this evening. <br />Mr. Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RFSOI_ UTION NO. 2004-3-44 -RECONSIDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. 2002-OG FOR THE TWIN LAKE AREA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (4) Anderson, Fahey, Montour, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />P'RATTALONE Fahey noted the recommendations of the City Planner and City <br />BUILDING/ Administrator against the.Family Academy proposal for the Frattalone <br />PUBLIC property, including location of the .Public Works garage at that site. <br />WORI{S Fahey further noted that the City Administrator is recommending the <br />GARAGE City dispose of the property it owns on County Road B and that it begin to <br />pursue alternative locations for the Public Works garage. <br />Anderson noted that the staffs analysis is that it cam~ot recommend the <br />City acquire the Frattalone property based on the needs of Public Works, <br />including the potential to subdivide the property to sell for development. <br />
