MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 14, 2004 <br />xACCEPTANCE OF EASEMEN7:S FOR THE TWIN LAKE <br />PRO.IECT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Montour, Blesener, Anderson, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />AMENDMENT The Council reviewed the proposed Amendment to the Animal Ordinance <br />TO ANIMAL which was intended to clarify the number of animals that could be under <br />ORDINANCE the control of an individual while walking along City streets. There was <br /> some question as to the clarity of the amendment, and the City Attorney <br /> was directed to redraft the amendment. <br />AMENDMENT The City Attorney presented two proposed Amendments to the Municipal <br />TO ORDINANCE Code which provide for the extension of car dealer and vehicle repair <br />CLARIFYING licenses under certain circumstances. <br />LICENSE <br />PERIODS FOR Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CAR DEALER <br />AND VEII]CLE REb'OL UTION NO. 2004-7--743 - APPROVING AN ORDINANCE <br />REPAIR AMENDING SECTION 803.020 OF TIIE LITTLE CANADA CITY <br />LICENSES CODE RELATIVE TO USED CAR DEALERS 7.ICENSES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Anderson, Blesener, Montour. <br />Nays(0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />NOR'T.H STAR The City Administrator reviewed his report dated July 9, 2004 relative <br />1~;STATES to the North Star Estates storm shelter. The Administrator noted that <br />STORM: project funds are short by about $13,300, and he has drafted a letter to <br />SHELTER the owners of North Star Estates informing them of their responsibility for <br />these funds and the need to remit this amount to be held in escrow until <br />the project is completed.
