MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JULY 28, 2004 IN TILE EVENT HE DOES NOT, THE PU731.IC HEARING IS HEREBY CLOSED AND THE RED UF,ST FOR CUP DENIED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (3) Anderson, Montour, Blesener. Nays (1) ,LaValle. Resolution declared adopted. TEXT LaValle opened the public hearing to consider a Text Amendment AMENDMENT to the Zoning Code relative to the process for Comprehensive Sign RELATIVE TO Plans. The Planning Commmission recommended approval of the COMPRE- amendment. HEN5IVE SIGN PLANS The City Planner indicated that the Text Amendment clarifies the process for Comprehensive Sign Plans in the PUD District, and is a housekeeping matter. There was no one present from the general public present wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Blesener, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was closed. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2004-7-.762 - ADOPTING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CIIAPTFIZ 903.110 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE, KNOWNA.S` THI 'CONING ORDINANCE, 13Y PROVIDING FOR A PROCEb'S FOR REVIEW OF COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PI ANb' IN THF, "PUD ", PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT Dlb'TRICT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Anderson, Montour. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. TEXT i-,aValle opened the public hearing to consider "Text Amendments AMENDMENT - to the 7.,oning Code updating Section 904, General District ANTENNAS Provisions, as relates to Industrial Districts and Section 904, AND TOWERS General Provisions as relates to antennas and towers. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the Text Amendments. The City Planner indicated that these amendments are housekeeping in nature and add some zoning districts to these sections of the Code which were added after the original ordinance was adopted. 14
