MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 28, 2004 <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />these amendments. <br />Upon motion by Montour, seconded by Anderson, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RES'OI, UTION NO. 2004-7-I63 -ADOPTING AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 903.140 OF THE I ITTI E CANADA CITY <br />CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, 13YPROVIDING <br />FOR ANTENNAS AND TOWERS IN NEW ZONING DISTRICTS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Montour, Blesener, LaValle, Anderson. <br />Nays(0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />TEXT LaValle opened the public hearing to consider a Text Amendment <br />ANI>';NDMENT - to the Zoning Code amending the Shoreland District as relates to <br />SETBACKS setbacks from public streets. The Planning Commission <br />IN recommended approval of the amendment. <br />SHORI;LAND <br />DISTRICT The City Planner indicated that the "Cext Amendment is being proposed to <br />avoid confusion about the front yard setback that applies when the R-1 <br />District and the Shoreland District overlap by standardizing that setback <br />requirement. <br />There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Anderson, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />15 <br />
