ANIMAL The City Attorney presented a revised draft of the Animal Ordinance ORDINANC'IJ which addresses the issue of the number of animals that can be under the control of an individual. LIQUOR The Council reviewed the proposed amendment to the Liquor Ordinance ORDINANCE which would allow for the issuance of On-Sale 3.2 Intoxicating Liquor & LICENSES - Licenses to billiard halls and adds for the provision fora 2 a.m. License COLISEUM in conjunction with the On-Sale 3.2 Intoxicating Liquor License.
