Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2004-9-205 - APPROVING A TOBACCO <br />LICENSE FOR COIISEUM1317_LIAIZDS <br />'l'he foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Montour, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />REVISED The City Administrator presented a revised engineering transition plan <br />ENGINEERING which includes an additional provision requested by I-toward R. Green <br />TRANSITION Company requesting that the City reimburse them for any costs <br />PLAN associated with copying documents requested by the City. The <br />Administrator indicated that while he has no problem with the addition of <br />the provision, he wanted to ensure that the City had some control in Chis <br />area and would only be liability for appropriate copying charges. The <br />Administrator recommended Council approval of the revised plan <br />contingent upon his clarification of the issue with Howard R.
