MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 27, 2004 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Montour, Allan, ,Fahey. <br />Nays (1) Allan. Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP - I'ahey opened the Public Hearing to consider a Conditional Use Permit <br />TOWER/ to allow installation of a 40-foot high antenna tower at the Little Canada <br />AN'CENNA Water Booster Station at 141 East Cormty Road B. He noted that the <br />AT CITY Planning Commission has recommended approval of the CUP. <br />BOOSTER <br />STATION The Public Works Director explained in detail the difficuhy that the City <br /> has had in transmitting signals from the water tower to its water booster <br /> station via a dedicated telephone line. In looking at the available options, <br /> it was determined that an antenna system was the best solution. The <br /> system proposed would provide for bi-lateral communications between the <br /> two facilities. "The Director explained the importance of maintaining <br /> appropriate water levels in the water tower for the City's water supply for <br /> residential usage and for fire protection. <br />'There was no one present ti~om the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Fahey, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI, U770N NO. 2004-10-25b' - APPROVING A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PE/CANT TO ALLOW THE INSTALLATION OF A 40-FOOT <br />FI7GHER ANTENNA TOWER AT1'HF,1,ITTLE CANADA WATER <br />BOOSTER STATION AT 14,1 COUNTY ROAD ]3 EAST AS <br />PROPOSED 13Y TNT PURL 1C WORKS DIRECTOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by I3lesener. <br />Ayes (5) Montour, Blesener, Fahey, LaValle, Allan. <br />Nays (0). ;Resolution declared adopted. <br />AUTO REPAIR The Council reviewed the report submitted by the Code'L;nforcement <br />AND A~OTO Officer indicating that Valor linterprises has achieved compliance with <br />SALES their approved site plan. <br />LICENSES - <br />VALOR Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />ENTERPRISES <br />
