MINUTES CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 24, 2004 public hearing. That hearing could be held in December, giving the Council time to consider the matter. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2004-II-291- CAI,I,ING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER LS, 2004 TO CONSIDER AN AMENDMENT TO THE ZONNG CODE BY PROVH)ING FOR 12EGU/,ATIONb' RELATING TO THE SIZE OFACCESb"ORY BUILDINGS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (5) Pahey, Blesener, Montour, Allan, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. MN DOT "T'he City Administrator presented a proposed resolution requesting that RIGIIT-OP-WAY MN DOT either improve their maintenance of rights-oi=way within MAINTI!,NANCE Little Canada or reimburse the City for the cost of this maintenance. He noted that a number of cities are raising this issue with IvIN DOT. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RFSOLUTION NO. 2004-II-292 -REQUESTING THAT MNDOT IMPROVE THE MAINTENANCE OF TFIEIIZ RIGH7S'-OF--WAY WITHIN LITTLE CANADA OR REIMBURSF. COUNTY The City Administrator presented a proposed purchase agreement for the ROAD B sale of County Road B property to Gordie Bowe. He noted that the PURCHASE purchase price is based on an appraisal of the property that was conducted AGREEMENT earlier this year.
