MINDTES CITY COUNCLL NOVEMBER 24, 2004 The City Administrator indicated that some layout options would be prepared and a neighborhood meeting held after the fu st of the year. Blesener suggested that the City determine what is acceptable to the neighborhood before it begins tallcing to developers. GOAL The Council discussed the timing for the 2005 Goal Setting Session, SETTING and felt that the new Council Meu~ber should be in office prior to that SESSION session being held. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RF.S07 UTION NO. 2004-77-294 - SCHED III_ING TIIE 2005 GOAL SETT/NG SESSION FOR WEDNGb'DA 3 ; FE73RUAIt I' 2, 2005 AT 4:30 RM. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. Ayes (5) Fahey, Allan, Montour, Blesener, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. 2005 The City administrator pointed out that the issue of City contribution to BUDGET the Fire Relief Pension Fund has not yet been resolved. T'he Administrator asked what levy amount should be utilized for the City's Truth In `l'a~ation Hearing scheduled for Monday, December 6, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. Blesener recommended that the l .65% net levy increase be utilized. It was noted that this figure will either remain the same or will decrease depending on the outcome of the pension funding decision.
