MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 24, 2004 <br />project was not approved. Fahey indicated that the City wants to see the <br />project done right and is sensitive to the neighborhood. The City will be <br />diligent in overseeing this project. <br />Zoch noted that there were issues with traffic on Condit Street when the <br />I?hase I building was under construction, and asked that the City make <br />efforts to prevent this from happening again. Biagini indicated that the <br />project will not access Condit Street. The City Administrator agreed there <br />were problems with the previous project in this regard, and he encouraged <br />the neighborhood to contact the Sheriff's Department if the problem re- <br />occurs. The same is true for any violations of the noise ordinance relating <br />to construction activities. <br />Biagini noted that history of the berm and pointed out that he has had to <br />bear the cost of the changes that have been required. 'T'herefore, it was in <br />his best interests to construct the landscaping as approved and ensure that <br />it gets established and is maintained. <br />There was no one else from the general public present wishing to <br />comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Blesener, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Ivlr. Resolution declared adopted. <br />'TRANSFER OF Mr- Chou Vang appeared before the Council requesting the Transfer of <br />OFF-SALE Off-Sale Liquor and Tobacco Licenses for Tierney's Liquors.
