MINUTES CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 24, 2004 project was not approved. Fahey indicated that the City wants to see the project done right and is sensitive to the neighborhood. The City will be diligent in overseeing this project. Zoch noted that there were issues with traffic on Condit Street when the I?hase I building was under construction, and asked that the City make efforts to prevent this from happening again. Biagini indicated that the project will not access Condit Street. The City Administrator agreed there were problems with the previous project in this regard, and he encouraged the neighborhood to contact the Sheriff's Department if the problem re- occurs. The same is true for any violations of the noise ordinance relating to construction activities. Biagini noted that history of the berm and pointed out that he has had to bear the cost of the changes that have been required. 'T'herefore, it was in his best interests to construct the landscaping as approved and ensure that it gets established and is maintained. There was no one else from the general public present wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Blesener, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was closed. Ivlr.
