MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 23, 2003 <br />BANK DRIVE <br />The City Administrator indicated that once an agreement is finalized <br />between U. S. Bank and Sherman Associates, the vacation of First Bank <br />Drive lying between Rice Street and Middle Sheet would be proposed. <br />Blesener asked if where the storm sewer in this section of First Bank <br />Drive drained to. The City Administrator indicated that it runs over <br />Market Place Drive and eventually into Round Lake. With the relocation <br />of Market Place Drive, the storm sewer will be directed into the new pond <br />and eventually will flow into Round Lake. <br />There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Blesener, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0.2003-4-84 -VACATION THAT PORTION OF <br />FIRST BANK DRIVE LYING BETWEEN MIDDLE STREET AND <br />MARKET PLACE DRIVE SUBJECT TO RETENTION OF A I5- <br />FOOT DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT RUNNING <br />PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THE <br />SECTION OF FIRST BANK DRIVE BEING VACATED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Anderson, Montour, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONSENT Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RESOLUTION N0.2003-4-85 -APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVING THE PIONEER PARK CONCESSION STAND <br />AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE PARKS & RECREATION <br />DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF <br />THE CITY; <br />*AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO SUBMIT <br />THE MPCA/NPDES STORM WATER PERMIT APPLICATION AS <br />PROPOSED <br />
