iVIINUTES CITY COUNCtl, MAY 28, 2003 GREAT The City Administrator reviewed his memo dated May 23, 2003 WESTERN that outlines the Great Western litigation disposition. LITIGATION DISPOSITION SCHMIDT 'T'he City Administrator presented the Council with a proposed SETTLEMENT settlement agreement relative to the Schmidt matter and recommended approval of the agreement as submitted. CALL>!OR The City Administrator reported that the City will be presented with a BEARING TO development proposal fora 57,000 square foot office/training facility ESTABLISH on the former Knox property during the June meeting cycle. As part TIF DISTRICT- of this submittal, the developer is requesting Tax Increment Financing TO,RMER assistance relative to soil corrections. To facilitate the consideration of KNOX this request, the City Administrator recommended that a public hearing PROPERTY be called to establish a TIF District for the former Knox property.
