YAD.IACENT TO THIS REVEL OPMENT AT THE <br />TIME THAT TILE CITY COUNCIL. DEEMS IT NECESSARY TO <br />ACCOMMODATE A COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT FOR <br />THE AREA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Blesener, Montour, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />FINAL PLAT - Mayor Fahey noted that the Planning Commission has tabled action on the <br />THE PRESERVE Final Plat for The Preserve until its July 10, 2003 regular meeting. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />REb'OLUTION NO. 2003-6-132 - TAI3LINC: ACTION ON THE FINAL. <br />PL AT PENDING A RECOMMENDATION FROM TILE PLANNING <br />COMMLSSION AND CONTINUING TILE PUI37.IC HEARING UNTIL. <br />THE .IULY 23, 2003 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL. MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Montour, Anderson, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />REVISED Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the revised Final <br />FINAL PLAT Plat and the revised PUD for the Drywall Supply Addition. It was <br />& REVISED noted that the Planning Commission has recommended approval of <br />PUD APPROVA L - the revisions subject to compliance with the recommendations of the <br />DRYWALL City Planner and the City Engineer. Fahey noted that Mr. Johnson <br />SUPPLY has made some additional changes since this matter was presented to the <br />ADDITION Planning Commission. Fahey indicated that he is not excited about the <br /> new changed that have been proposed. <br />It was noted that action on the revised Final Plat for Drywall Supply <br />Addition is tied to the next item on the Council's agenda, ~Developmeut <br />Stage and Final Stage PUD being requested by the International Union of <br />Painters & Allied Trades District Council 82. Therefore, the Council <br />decided to consider both matters at the same time. <br />
