MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JULY 23, 2003 The City Administrator clarified that the Council's consensus was that the main access drive would be curbed and paved as well as the Counci182 parking lot and the parking lot on the Drywall Supply site that will be shared with Council 82. The City Planner indicated that was agreeable to him. No further parking on the Knox site is required at this time. There was no one else from the general public present wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was closed. Johnson asked if there was any opportunity for TIF assistance for his site. The City Administrator noted the Development Agreement point discussing this subject and indicated that a review of the numbers based on the development proposed indicated that there would be very little increment generated and would likely not cover the cost of setting up the various agreements that would be necessary. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOI UTION NO. 2004-7-164 -APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR DRYWALL SUPPLY CONSISTENT WITH THE DISCUSSION THIS EVENING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Montour, Blesener, Anderson. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2004-7--165 -APPROVING THE REVISED PUD PERMIT FOR DRYWALL SUPPLY CONSISTENT WITH THE DISCUSSION THIS EVENING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle.
