Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONSENT Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RF,SOLUTIONNO. 2003-9-217 -REMOVING ITEMS #6 AND #7 <br />FROM TIIE CONSENT AGENDA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Fahey, Montour, Anderson, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI UTION N0. 2003-9-278 -APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA TIIAT CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION.IUDGES FOR THE 2003 SCHOOL. <br />DISTRICT ELECTION; <br />*APPROVAI. OF PERSONNEL. INVOLVEMENT IN CANADIAN <br />DAYS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Anderson, Fahey, Montour, Blesener, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CHANGE LaValle felt that the amount of the change order for debris removal for <br />ORDER FOR the Market Place Drive improvement was excessive, and indicated it <br />MARKET was his understa~rding that the City had reimbursed the owners of the <br />PLACE DRIVE shopping center for their costs in demolition of the former DeLonais <br />PROJECT & homes. LaValle felt, therefore, that the owners of the shopping center <br />PAY ESTIMATE should be responsible for the cost of this debris removal. <br />FOR 2003 <br />IMPROVEMENTS The Administrator agreed that the City did reimburse the shopping center <br /> owners for the cost of house demolition. The Administrator indicated that <br /> he would like the opportunity to look into the specifics of the need for this <br />
