MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 12, 2003 <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Anderson, Montour, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Ordinance declared adopted, <br />UNWEAVE The City Administrator recommended holding a workshop with MN DOT <br />THE to discuss the Unweave the Weave project, specifically the City's desire <br />WEAVE for the installation of sound walls along the project and MN DOT's plans <br />for traffic mitigation. The Administrator reported that MN DOT will be <br />requesting the City's approval to bid the project; therefore, this is the time <br />to see that the City's concerns are addressed. The Administrator <br />suggested that once the workshop is held with MN DOT, there will be a <br />neighborhood meeting scheduled to review plans with adjacent property <br />owners. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI_UTIONNO. 2003-II-261 -CALIINGA WORKSHOP <br />MEETING FOR WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 2G, 2003 AT 6:00 P.M. <br />WITH MN DOT TO DLSCU.SS THE UNWEAVE T FIE WEAVE <br />PRO.IECT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (4) Montour, Anderson, LaValle, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). Resolution decla~~ed adopted. <br />PERFORMANCE Council discussed and was agreeable with the format proposed by the <br />EVALUATION City Administrator for his performance evaluation.
