This concern is mitigated somewhat by the <br />Comprehensive Plan designation for the site (Industrial), and the PUp ordinance Gould be <br />drafted to list (or exclude) specific uses. <br />In summary, a Conditional Use Permit PUD and a PUD District are vary similar in proaess. <br />The PUD District does offer some advantages in terms of land use control (assurping that the <br />PUD rezoning ordinance is written to state the City's objectives), and in terms of future notice. <br />Pa: tCathy Glanzer <br />75~ <br />
