MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 11, 2016 <br />McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2016-5-84 APPROVING AN ASSESSMENT <br />REAPPORTIONMENT FOR DIVISION NO. DA072182, AS <br />PRESENTED BY THE CITY CLERIC <br />OLD ASSESSMENT.- <br />PIN <br />SSESSMENT. <br />PIN 05-29-22-14-0066 <br />ASSESSMENT #S-532010180 IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,168.08 <br />REAPPORTIONMENT.• <br />PIN 05-29-22-14-0089 <br />ASSESSMENT #S-532010180 IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,168.08 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ORDINANCE 801 The City Clerk stated that in January 2016, the City Council adopted new <br />DELETING park charge fees, along with other fee changes to the Fee Schedule. She <br />SPECIFIC PARK explained that fees were also stated in the City Code, but that they have <br />CHARGE been removed over the years in order to have all city fees in only one <br />AMOUNTS place, on the Fee Schedule. <br />FROM THE <br />CITY CODE Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2016-5-85 ADOPTING ORDINANCE 801, <br />REMOVING SPECIFIC PARK CHARGE AMOUNTS FROM THE <br />CITY CODE, AS PRESENTED BY THE CITY CLERK. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />INSTALLATION The Public Works Director stated that there have been numerous incidents <br />OF SECURITY of vandalism at Pioneer Park over the last two years, and the cost to repair <br />CAMERAS AT the damages is over $1,500. He explained that installing security cameras <br />PIONEER PARK at the park had been discussed by the Council, and City Staff has now <br />determined the preferable option for moving forward with this. He stated <br />that there is a good line of site to the public works building, which would <br />allow the Pioneer Parks cameras to communicate with the server at <br />Roseville IT via antennas mounted on the roofs, and this would eliminate <br />the need to run a fiber optic line to the park building.
