The City <br />Planner stated the code would be specific to construction equipment and <br />not allow regular vehicle sales. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Montour, seconded by McGraw, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 2016-9-158 -APPROVING THE ARCHITECTURAL <br />REVIEW FOR TRI-STATE BOBCAT TO REDEVELOP THE <br />PROPER TYAT 71 MINNESOTA AVENUE. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Aye (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 2016-9-159 -APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT CODE TEXT AMENDMENT TO LIMIT THE <br />EXCLUDED USES TO MOTOR VEHICLES DESIGNED AND <br />LICENSED FOR OPERATION ONPUBLIC ROADWAYS. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Aye (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Torkelson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 2016-9-160 -ADOPTING AN ORDINANCE <br />REZONING THE PROPERTIES AT 71 MINNESOTA AVENUE AND <br />THE ADJACENT LOT TO THE EAST (PID 07-29-22-32-0008) FROM <br />B-3, GENERAL BUSINESS, TO PUD, PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT, AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITYPLANNER. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Aye (5). <br />Nays (0).
