Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Council commended the City Clerk and Staff on their excellent <br />job in conducting the election process for the City. <br />AWARD <br />The City Administrator stated that the City owns four houses at 331 Little <br />DEMOLITION <br />Canada Road, 56 Little Canada Road, 30 Little Canada Road and 2801 <br />BIDS FOR 4 <br />Country Drive, that need to be demolished. He explained that the <br />CITY -OWNED <br />demolition has been held off until the Fire Department parking lot plans <br />PROPERTIES <br />were decided because the excess fill that will be generated from the parking <br />lot construction can be used as fill for the demolished properties. He <br />stated that All Metro Excavating submitted the lowest quote at $60,500, <br />and recommends that they be awarded the contract. He noted that the <br />contract states the work should be done by December 31, 2016. <br />0 <br />
